All services will be billed based on your insurance coverage. If you are at an Assisted Living or Nursing facility we bill through your insurance and many times without a copay. We accept all major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. For Clinic Services, copays are due at the time of service. If you are paying out of pocket, our Immediate Care and New Patient Services are $125, Existing Patients $100 and Specialty Services are from $75 to $125 and payment is due at the time of your visit. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Venmo, Paypal and Square for cash payments.
