Jen brings over two decades of experience as a medical educator and a broad range of clinical experience across the lifespan to her role at Colorado Provider Network. Board certified in both Family Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Jen currently serves as Medical Director of the Red Rocks Community College Physician Assistant Program and teaches in graduate medical education programs at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Her passion for inclusive, equitable, accessible, and patient-centered medical care brought her to Achieve Health. When not at work, Jen loves reading, hiking, camping, making cosplay, and spending time with her blended family of husband and three adult-ish children.

John is a native Coloradoan who studied medicine here at the University of Colorado. He completed his studies with honors with both his Physician Associate License as well as a Masters of Science. He continues to advocate for excellence in the field of Medicine as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Colorado. 

He believes quality healthcare should be accessible for anyone requiring medical services regardless of background or financial status. His focus is high quality medicine through well managed systems, consistent scheduling, meeting patient and family expectations and working diligently to promote successful outcomes in a team based setting. 

John enjoys hiking, the theatre, running and travel.

Brenda has been with the team for over 15 years managing the operations of Colorado Provider Network with an emphasis on patient access and assisting the providers in patient management. She has managed care systems, clinics and now Colorado Provider Network bringing a personal focus on her passion for patient care. 
Brenda loves Colorado and the great outdoors, skiing and spending time with her family. 

Evan was born in California but raised all over the US. She attended Colorado State University where she earned a bachelor degree in Integrated Liberal Arts. She worked in physical therapy as a physical therapy technician for 3 years prior to PA school. She attended Case Western Reserve University where she earned a masters of science in Physician Assistant studies. She has been practicing as a PA for 5 years. She enjoys traveling and diving as much as possible. She also enjoys all the fun outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

Megan was born and raised in Louisiana where she attained her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Southeastern Louisiana University. After spending eight years as a critical care registered nurse, she received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and transitioned to primary care as a family nurse practitioner. She specializes in primary care for ages 5 and up.

She has been living in Colorado since 2017 with her husband and their dog Freya. Megan is passionate about improving the well being of her patients through medicine, education, and mutual respect. In her off-time she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and pup, and cooking up a good gumbo when she gets home sick.
